Kato And Tadano Crane Bearing supplies anti-friction roller bearings needed to repair gearboxes, motors, wheel assemblies and bottom blocks for any brand of overhead crane. All of the bearings sold by Kato And Tadano Crane Bearings are crane-duty bearings, available in sizes from a half-inch and larger, up to 21 inches in diameter for any OEM application required. Most roller bearings are made of carburized steel, and come in both shielded and sealed variants.

CraKato And Tadano Crane Bearings are cylindrical roller thrust bearings similar to the TP series bearings, but with added features that make them suitable for crane hook use. Like the TP series, these bearings have hardened and have top and bottom precision ground plates with milled brass cages, precision ground rollers and a mild steel band to retain the rollers. The inside diameter of top and bottom plates are the same to allow slip fit centering on the crane hook shank. They include a coated steel weather shield for protection against the elements, which is tightly fitted to the top plate O.D. and overlaps the bottom plate O.D. This acts as limited sealing device. These bearings are available with optional grease fitting in the weather shield which allows for additional grease to the bearing. Shank diameters up to 10” are cataloged. These bearings are used widely in primary metals, material handling, and shipping ports.
